Delivery confirmation (proof of delivery) is captured electronically only for shipments on Shepherd trucks. Other ship methods have no POD record — that is normal, not a missed delivery.

| ✓ delivered — verified manually | A Shepherd team member verified the delivery after the fact (e.g. the ticket was manifested but the stop was never completed in the routing system). Hover the badge to see who verified it, when, and why. No electronic signature/photo exists for these. |
| 🚚 via carrier | Shipped common carrier or direct from the vendor. We don't capture POD for these — use the Tracking reference with the carrier. |
| 🏬 will-call pickup | Picked up at the counter — no delivery applies. |
